– Provide student admissions consulting and enrollment guidance
– Develop market presence and expand customer acquisition channels
– Deliver customer care and drive student re-enrollment retention
– Manage student data and process tuition fee collection
– Coordinate events and support other assigned responsibilities

– Education: High School Diploma or higher.
– Languages & IT: Basic conversational English and proficiency in MS Office.
– Industry Knowledge: Foundational knowledge of student enrollment, marketing, and customer service.
– Core Skills: Professional communication and sales/consultation skills.
– Attributes: Ability to work well under pressure and readiness to take on assignments.
